I am a Graduate of Business Administration Major in Operations Management in STI College - Cebu. I am really proud of being able to finish my studies despite being a full time call center employee. I started working when I was 17 years old as a cashier in a Gasoline Station in our province. After 6 months, I started working in a “fly by night” call center as an appointment setter. I became really interested in the BPO Industry since I can earn a decent amount of money as long as I perform well. I left home and became independent when I turned 18 years old. In 2010, a big player in the call center industry went to our province to provincially hire people for their technical account. Luckily, I was chosen and started working in Cebu City. I went from another call center to another. Adding up the total number of years, I worked my way up in becoming a Team Leader in 24.7 ai where we provide technical support to customers as well. In 2019, I decided to go back home and started Freelancing. I was employed with Outsourced Doers as a Virtual Assistant and later on became a Team Leader as well. We mainly support Female Entrepreneurs from Australia, United Kingdom, and the United States.
