I am new to freelancing; but I do have relevant experience as Customer Quality Assurance from my previous job. In relation to this, I am able to perform sending e-mails to customers or within the organization in a timely manner, can coordinate to customer either thru e-mail or via phone call and can perform follow-up calls once needed.
