I have worked in the BPO industry for 5 years as Customer Service Representative for a Retail and Telecommunications account. I was a customer service rep answering inbound calls from customer for 2 years then I took the leadership role for the Telecommunications account for almost 3 years. All these I got to experienced at Teleperformance Philippines, here in my hometown. On 2022 I ventured into another field with another BPO company, Ubiquity Global Services as Quality Assurance Analyst for 6 months. The work experiences I have allowed me to become committed and focused on whatever task on hand and develop my problem solving skills. I am new to this field of work, however, I am a fast learner and can work with little to no supervision. I can easily adapt to change and given my years of experience, I have enough exposure with clients is comfortable in conversing with them.
