I'm Roshan Labasano and I worked as a technical support representative 2 years and a virtual assistant for 6 months. I did inbound and outbound calls to help customers who needs help with their cable service across the United States. I managed email, recruitment process, and new hired applicants as a virtual assistant. From my perspective, work from home job is a setup that allows people to be more flexible and productive.
