My name is Rashell Guillermo, 31 from the Philippines. I am currently working as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International for 2 years up to present handling financial account via phone, email and chat. I previously worked at Concentrix for more than 2 years handling retail accounts (Email support) however due to pandemic, the account got dissolved.
