My name is John Christian Aquino, I am a former call center agent which gives me experience and skills needed in delivering customer service in related products via phone calls I am currently a public-school English teacher herein my hometown, so for future reference I can also manage in training personnel and staffing Since we are on a Work from home basis, I’ve taken the liberty to venture further into other work-from-home opportunities. I worked for a year, as a Virtual Assistant in the form of a receptionist for a US-based digital marketing firm. Besides from taking in calls, I also do callbacks for possible appointments, calendar scheduling, and CRM administration.
