Hire General Admin Analyst In The Philippines

Hi, I'm Gina Barnedo, 34 years old and residing in Cainta Rizal, Philippines. I graduated last 2009 from Adamson University with a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration majoring in Office Management. I have worked in different companies where I gathered a lot of working experience. Been in the banking industry as an Office Clerk for 6 months, retail company as an admin staff for 7 months, and marketing company as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years. Been outside of the country and worked as a Machine Operator in Taiwan for 7 years, and in those 7 years, I have been a supervisor for 4 years. Now I am currently employed as a General Admin Analyst and my job includes admin tasks such as sending calendar invites, meeting preparation, taking minutes of the meeting, and setting up meeting rooms. I also manage the inventory of supplies, making requisitions and orders to the vendors, coordinating with them, and supporting our Managers. I also organize events such as awards and recognition, parties, and strategies planning. Birthday Celebration and engagement activities for the account. I am also supporting or acting as Executive Assistant to our Site Lead Director making sure that his calendar and meetings are always up to date and giving updates on my task.
