First I want to introduce myself and and short slice about my personal life. Hi, my name is May. Mother of very beautiful and smart girl and wife to a very responsible and loving guy. I have a furbaby (shih tzu), super "kulit" and very intelligent dog. I love baking especially when Im stressed, its my stress reliever. I love watching korean drama during my freetime and I love travelling, travel is my therapy haha. I started my career as a working student to my Aunt's travel agency. I am in-charge to daily operation of the agency. From ticket booking, customer's query, clerical task, reporting, filing and doing marketing stuffs like giving flyers, going to school to promote our Tour packages or here in the Philippines we called it 'field trips', presenting my powerpoint presentation and marketing proposals and as well as facilitating field trips or as a tour coordinator. I', also in-charge pof creating tour packages for group or barkada trips and creating a marketing strategy. I worked there for 3 years. After graduation, I went to a bigger company and started to explore more. My next job was in an IT School as Course Coordinator in-charge in Sales and Marketing of the school. My primary task is entertain a walk-in client who will inquire about the courses we offer and assisting them in the enrolment until the classes start. We are also managing the marketing role of the school by going to different high schools (private and public) to promote our school and the courses we have. And part of job is admin task of the school, filling the student requirements, certificates, credentials and TOR file. My third job was a Junior Marketing Supervisor in a insurance company. There, I am responsible in the data base of the agent's profile including the policy holder confidential documents. I am also helping the agent's to achieve their quota by providing some strategy on selling. I am also creating the proposal to be presented to the prospects especially to the corporate clients as a part of their employee benefit program. Preparing an internal marketing program for the agents. I am also participating in mall operational booth/kiosk by providing details to the possible clients. I am also responsible for monthly marketing plan for all agents. My next job was an Executive Assistant in a multinational manufacturing company. My tasks are assisting my boss on a daily operation and performing all duties was assigned to me. Including also by managing the emails, answering phone calls, preparing his daily meetings and appointments. I also run the reports of my boss to be presented to the upper management. Extracting/ generating report file from the system to monitoring file. Part of my job is also ensuing all orders of my boss's clients are also processed before cut-off time and maintains awareness of orders and returns and communicates problems/issues to customers and appropriate customer contact point. My current job is a Senior Buyer in a US company. I am working in a graveyard shift permanently until I resigned last February 2023. In my previous role, I am doing P2P process or also known as Procure-2-pay process of procurement operation and I was working remotely for 3 years already. In my listed job experiences, I am confident that I have the skills and knowledge to be the part of your team. I can contribute a lot and I can be an asset to the company. I am hardworking person, a Go-getter, quick thinker and fast learner. I can work without a supervision and I can finish the task given to me on a timely manner. I am agile and I work with integrity and I am looking for a long time relationship that will develop to a more extensive bond between me and my co-workers and my boss as well.
