We are offering here a lot of products for specific customer, As part of being a healthcare specialist I offer free consultation for changing of their insurance. I was working here onsite, and COVID-19 came in that's why I decided to look for a company that was offering a WFH set up. Luckily I was hired as VA - client from Australia. My responsibility as a VA was: 1. I'm doing an outbound call looking for a customer who wants to avail the services that we offer. 2. I also Enrolling all the appointments in Calendly for me to make sure that there is no double booking for an appointment. 3. I also Send email to the cx regarding with this appointment schedule and the info. that they needed to know 4. I enroll all the leads to CRM I was using PIPE Drive here. Actually I almost do everything because I'm also the one handling the recruitment and the Online Marketing. I'm the one handling all their FB pages, Linked In, Seek, twitter and Tiktok. After These I become a Lead Generation Specialist in 411 BPO. We are filtering leads that are qualified to avail our services that we are offering which is SEO Package, we are the one looking for our leads by doing lead mining in different directories. I was a performing agent, I was also rated as excellent in my KPI, I provide numbers and also close a deal or a sale. That catches the attention of the upper management, After around 4 months of dialing I got promoted as a Production Team Leader. Team Leader is a very big responsibility because This not just about how I perform, this is now all about How my agents that I am handling perform. My responsibility here is to make sure all of my agent are on top of quality, making sure that every day they are hitting their target of sales. Monitor and helping them in their call if there are any situation that they cant handle the customer. Regarding with my work behavior you can trust me regarding with the task that I will do and finish it within the said period of time. I don't like being absent since I do have many bills to pay. I do have back up for every issue that may happen like power outage, loss of internet connection and device issue.
