I was an executive secretary in Law Firm. My tasks as an Executive Secretary is to do paper works, organizing documents, data encoding, organizing schedules and meetings, sometimes I do phone inquiries when my boss is not around. My latest job was managing a business. We served samgyup and milk tea on the go. I was responsible in managing the staff, balancing the finances and expenses, and auditing. I am responsible in marketing the business so I also have experience in Social media management. I also managed the stocks, inventories, deliveries, and customer service inquiry. I want to become a virtual assistant because I want to gain more experience and to be more productive.
