I worked in a Call Center Industry for 11 years supporting Customer Service and Technical Service line of business. During my stay I got promoted to a several positions, I started as a representative from 2012 and got promoted to Team Leader / Supervisor in 2016. After supervising a team of 20-25 members, I got promoted as an operations Manager where I've handled more than 50 people in my cluster alone. My roles and responsibilities as Ops Manager is to ensure that my team can produce a good performance by doing Coaching to my Supervisors, I also facilitate trainings and huddles. I do power point presentations for business plans for our business reviews. I manage my team's schedule including PTOs, VTOs and absenteeism. I response to client needs to via email and or do a weekly sync meeting with them to present business agenda and performance updates. Currently, I am working on as a Executive Assistant with a US Client (US Time Zone). I assist them in generating reports for their business, I manage their inboxes total of 14 inboxes. I also manage their calendar of events and send communications for travel, hotel bookings and excursion activities.
