I’ve been a Virtual Assistant for more than 12 years doing various skillset which includes administrative tasks and technical tasks. I’ve worked with companies with different natures of business including marketing, healthcare, construction, campaign, data entry, and customer service. I can follow directions accurately and I am very computer-savvy. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft 365, Slack, Trello, Asana, pipedrive, web-based apps such as Google Docs, Sheets and Drive, documentation, recruitment, payroll and proficiency office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I am very diligent in terms of work and I pride myself on my organizational skills as well as administrative tasks that carry out clerical and other duties in support of the business I work for. I am highly organized, have strong attention to details, a good communicator and a quick learner. Handled and proficient in platforms such as Kinnser, CRM, Accessline, Asana, Trello Pipedrive, B[hidden], and other web-app used by the company I worked for. All companies with different nature of businesses require a good employee that never wastes their money due to changeover, rework, and delay of delivery.
