I’m Rheiza Gamboa, age 31, and I’m a Filipina. I graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Development Communication. I am a highly motivated worker with seven months of experience in Administrative Assistant duties at FEBMIK Farm &Grain Trading Corporation. And by 2016, I decided to work in Dubai, UAE. I got a job in Light Shine Middle East Safety Equipment Trading LLC as an Administrative Officer/Secretary/Receptionist/ Sales Executive & Executive Assistant. I was tasked with administrative duties such as data entry, organizing files, issuing invoices and purchase orders, internet research managing supply office inventory, answering and forwarding incoming calls, making weekly expense reports, and assisting guests/clients for my first year as a Secretary and Receptionist. After a year, I got promoted to Sales Executive to deal with clients and make quotations for all inquiries and learned and was tasked to do email marketing and do some Executive Assistant tasks like pre-drafting an email while also doing some Administrative functions for four years, and that is where I could manage my time and do multitask.
