Hire Events Associate In The Philippines

- Accountable for HR and administrative/clerical duties for the company but not limited to posting vacant positions, scheduling interviews of the applicants, timekeeping, payroll processing, handling benefits such as SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth, encoding expenses, assisting payments to the BIR, filing of barangay and municipal business permits, maintaining clients and employees records; - Coordinating with the preferred venue such as reserving slot and filing documents needed such as permits, ingress and egress forms; - Preparation of presentation materials; - Hiring personnel, officials and/or manpower for the event; - Assisting clients requests and/or inquiries; - Preparation of supplies for the tournament proper and/or corporate events
