In our Department of Employee Relations Travel and Tours, I am responsible for the submission of a proposal regarding the activities to be carried out or desired to be submitted for all employees in an organization. Here, our department provides assistance in areas that may be part of an activity to be carried out, the budget plans being set for it, the activity plans to be undertaken and the hours being allotted for it.
