My name is Jonhro Racho Pana, 28 years old and College Graduate with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. As for my experience, I've been in the BPO industry for about 5years and from being a regular customer service rep I made it to different positions such as being a Mentor, Teach Support, Coach/Team Lead and handled various accounts such as sales, banking and customer service. With that, I've been doing inbound and outbound call, Chats and Emails.
