eLearning Developer and Novice VA
Hi! I'm Weng and have been working in the BPO industry for more than 15 years. I have limited experience as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative but preferred a non-voice position which landed me a position as Journals Editorial Assistant (academic journals). I had worked on the position for 3 years then shifted to commercial magazines for 2-3 years. Afterwards, I decided to move to a different path as an eLearning Content Developer and is still my job today (for more than 12 years). Though I still have a lot to learn in a freelance / work-from-home career, I wish to find a company that would be willing to train as I am someone who is really eager to learn new things and would want to contribute to an organization's growth.
