I've been in the BPO industry since 2012 handling international clients based in the U.S. From setting up orders for customers in a flower company, worked with one of the biggest cable/internet companies in the U.S as a technical support specialist assisting customers with cable issues and billing queries. , and also experienced mobile industry with the number 1 customer care center in the Philippines who handled a mobile company for years and in a cable company as technical support assisting all types of cable issues.
