I also became Customer Service Representative(CSR) for about 6 months, The Following task is Data Entry, Receive Calls, Survey Calls. I was also a Missionary of our Church and Assigned in Hawaii for two years, our Task is to talk to a bunch of random person/people, even tho a lot of them rejected us but we know that they are not ready yet, to hear the gospel.
