I get my first job way back in June 2022 in BPO industry as Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare account US based. I handled incoming calls for the provider or medical professional who wants to verify the eligibility and benefits of the member, i also check if the procedure code is required for pre authorization or referral. I even trained for claims,for that role my job was to provide the status of the claim if it was already on file, paid, still pending, or denied. In my 2years working in BPO company as Customer Service Representative, I enhance my confident, communication skills,time management,research and solving problem and I adapt proper documentation,email handling,how to be more understanding, compassionate, and patient,i also learned how to navigate in CRM system,Teams and outlook, how to used different tools like legacy CAS and MTV, Dig tool bar.In my experience taught me how to provide best solution ,handle different scenarios, challenges, and issues.I also learned how to multitask, think out side the box and be detailed oriented that help me to be succeed to this role.Even i don't have a lot of experience like others but i think i fit to this job because i already have a knowledge how to used a google drive,google calendar,microsoft office, how to edit image, video in adobe,tools navigation,handling inbound and outbound calls,email handling and proper documentation.
