I started my first job as a customer care in Startek, Makati under T-Mobile account. I worked there for 4 months. On August, I got hired in Ibex under Frontier and worked as a technical support. After 6 months, I was reprofiled in Mercari and worked as an email support. Due to this experiences, I was able to hone my skills in multitasking, decision making, and I am very organized. I am the type of person that always aim to meet or exceed the clients expectations. Doing my best in my job gives satisfaction that inspires me to continue what I'm doing.
