I have almost 7 years of experience in customer service, after I graduated in college I started working on a financial account, we deal with customer's transaction history, billing information and appointment setting for a tax professional. I also work as a technical suppot representative, I was one of the tier 2 support team and we basically do some research about the computer virus and malwares and creating write ups for troubleshooting purposes. After that I became a part of a retail account base in US we cater small businesses and home users in our department. We handle order entry, tracking of orders, billing inquiries like refund and creating ticket for damage/missing items. The recent one was a sales account wherein I became a Hotel Reservation specialist in one of the biggest hotel chain in US and Canada.
