Hire Customer Support In The Philippines

I have 4 years of experience as customer service representative both call, chat and email. I have worked for telco accounts, wherein we answer calls and address customer's concerns about their account, bills and we also provide basic technical support for their phones or internet. I also had worked for an eCommerce wherein we manage and answer emails from buyers, we also answer queries through live chat. My last job was for data entry, thus, I am proficient in Microsoft Excel
