I have experience as a Customer Service and Technical Service Representative in a BPO industry for 3 years and 7 months. Accounts that I've handled were Target, Microsoft Surface, Xbox and Expedia Chase. One of my jobs is to track the package to where was it delivered, book orders for customers, troubleshoot customer's device and games and book cars, flights, hotel, ticket flight reservations and negotiate with the supplier when the customer wants to get a refund for the reservation. I can easily adjust to the new environment and fast learner. I do work with less supervision and if there's something that confuses me, I confirm my understanding to make sure.
