I am work flexible, naturally tech savvy and would like to try and learn new things.I loved computers since I first used one when I was 12 yrs old. I know basic hardware troubleshooting but Im more into fixing software issues like incompatible/crashing apps etc. I love figuring out how to make those things work again. My favorite part at work is when I get a call that requires some level of technical knowledge like account walkthroughs, password resets. In my personal life, i'm happy when people ask me on whats wrong with their computer/laptop & how to fix it, whats the best type of device to buy for a certain purpose etc. For this work,I'll be primarily using a laptop
