I am an experienced Customer Service Representative for almost five years in a BPO Industry and handled several accounts having a one goal and that is to uncover customers needs by providing an awesome service that I acquire from my trainings and customers experience as well. Duties from my previous company accustomed me to work multi-tasking by properly documenting the issues of the customers, escalating the call to technical department if their concern are more ontechnical matters to save their time, sending them email regarding follow - up and updates, do outbound call to process their applications.
