I am graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in English Language at the University of Southern Philippines Foundation in Cebu City, Philippines. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative and as a Sales Representative in a Call Center industry in the Philippines since early 2011. I have also worked as an Indoor Sales with Macworld Logistic LLC from 2016 to 2017 and as Customer Service Representative - Outbound Contact Center Agent with Dunia Finance Services from November 2017 t0 August 2018 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I have also worked as a Home Based Technical Support Advisor with one of the BPO companies in Cebu. I have heard that a lot of genuine and reputable companies are hiring freelancers here in Upwork. I am hopeful and optimistic that I can get a home based job because I believe that I can meet all the essential criteria for the roles that I will be applying to, and strongly feel that I can be effective and useful contribution to any companies or even small business that I will be working with. I can easily adapt to any working environment and I can easily learn new things with the guidance and help of my future employer. Since late 2018, I have also started building my own website or blog. I signed up to BlueHost and use their system to have access to Wordpress. Since then, I used Wordpress to write my topics and upload my photos and videos and eventually published them both in English and Cebuano Language. The goal of the website I built is to inspire aspiring travelers especially my fellow Filipinos to travel more meaningfully. At the same time, I was able to start my Vlogging in Youtube. I have uploaded some of my solo travels and used iMovies application to make and edit my videos before I publish them to Youtube. I am highly committed, hard-working, and resilient experienced customer service and sales person who is able to understand the stated and unstated clients' needs very quickly and to then be able to organize company’s resources to satisfy the requirements. On a personal level, I am very open to any situations that is challenging and that can test my abilities. I also have a reputation as being a fast learner, organized, and hard working person. I am very passionate about any work and business that I found very interesting. I focus on my attention to making sure that I meet all the requirements, accomplish my tasks, fulfill my duties, get some meaningful work and life, and to be always productive.
