Hi, Good day. I am Jennelyn Ayad, 24 years old & residing at Manila Philippines.. I started working in a Business processing Outsourcing Industry as Customer Service Representative in a voiced and email Health care account where I provide benefit coverage of a member to the providers, I assist doctors with their claims, I provide Benefit analysis and correct billing information. I also scrutinize reports to align with their insurances, and assist to the other inquiry. I shifted to a Manning Agency which I became a Documentation Officer for 1 year and 3 months wherein I screen and scrutinize Visa requirements, assist applicants with their Visa Application, conduct a English Training and weekly briefing for the new applicants, I also assist and provide Inquiry for Australian Employers, and provide Weekly and monthly report for the company. I resigned from the company last Nov. 2019 since I decided that I wanted to try my luck to work at home as Virtual assistant/Customer Service support.
