Hire Customer Service Specialist In The Philippines

I've been in the BPO industry for 2 years and 9 months. I handled International Accounts such as Logistics, Financial, Food Delivery, Airline, Travel and Home Accommodation, and Social Media. I experienced supporting voice and non-voice accounts. Let me walk you through some of the common tasks I've handled. 1. I'm a customer service representative who receives customers' complaints, inquiries, and requests about their packages. We are the one who is filling a dispute or delivery issue for every undelivered or late package. 2. I've been a Fraud and DIspute Specialist in a Credit Card account in the US. Which we are the one who files dispute and fraud cases for every unauthorized charge. We are strictly following US law about banking, verification, and call recording. 3. I experienced using a Zendesk platform for chat, email, and calls. This is for the Food Delivery account I've been with before where we are the ones assisting the customers and shoppers. 4. Lastly, since I've been a Support Ambassador of a Travel and Home Accommodation account and a Client Service Associate of a Social Media Account. This is a non-voice account. Both messaging and email support. As a Support Ambassador, we help the guest and host with their booking issues or concern. As a Client Service Associate, we help our clients to fix the issue on their Facebook or Instagram account that is related to Marketplace or Ads account.
