Hi, let me tell a bit of myself. First, I'm a type of person who's perky, jolly and can easily adapt to the environment. Easy to work with and can handle the task alone with great instructions. After my teaching job, I became a Customer Service Representative which caters service specially for elderly to answer their queries regarding their subscription for their newspaper delivery, handling their account, billing, inquiries about the promos that is available for them to subscribe which they can match to their budget. We or I also answers queries regarding to their online subscription that they can access their paper online thru app or websites. You got lot of patience to do this job due that our customers are elderlies and not to brag but this is my longest job experience for two years. And that's a bit about myself.
