Hello, this is Marjorie Tolentino. I am 29 years old, married, and have a 4-month-old son. I got my bachelor's degree in industrial education from the Technological University of the Philippines in Manila. I am a licensed professional teacher, but I only have five months of teaching experience. I've been in the BPO industry for over 5 years now. three years as a customer service representative and over two years as technical support. I am the best fit for this job because of my good work ethic. I've been rejected too many times by different VA platforms because I don't have the right experience for the job. Yet I won't lose hope because this is my dream job, and if it's your dream, you have to reach it no matter what. I may not be as good as other applicants, especially when it comes to accent and fluency, but I believe I have the best set of experience and skills needed for the job.
