I started working when I graduated from college. My 1st job is in a shipping line named MORETA SHIPPING LINES. I have been a ticketing officer there for a year. Also got into an airline named CEBU PACIFIC and have been working for like 2years. I am the one who is actually trying to book a ticket and make some itinerary if they want to visit and have some vacation abroad. I've tried my career in a BPO COMPANY, got hired and been working in TOTAL WIRELESS, that's the name of the account, for like 6months. Also tried to apply in TELSTRA and working as Customer Service Representative which i handle billing and technical also sales. I enjoy being with the company for 1year. I want to pursue and handle a competitive company and I am trying to apply in COMCAST. I handle Billing, Technical, Sales and Retention. This account challenges my growth as an agent or rather as a customer representative. But overall this is where I learn how to balance life and work.
