Hello, my name is Arnilisa Niday and I prefer to be called Arni. I've been working in the BPO industry for more than a decade. I have experience in Customer service , technical support, sales, ticketing and Content moderation. Been to 3 BPO companies. The first company I worked for was Sutherland Global Services. I've been profiled to different accounts but the most challenging one was with AT&T because I was assigned from pure billing to technical then to sales. Then I transferred to VXI Global Holdings and did the same roles under the same account. The third one was Conectys Philippines and the company that I stayed the longest. I was a Customer support rep then I decided to move to a non voice account which is content moderation for more than 4 years.
