I've been working in the BPO industry since 2015. I started working as Customer Service Representative on a Healthcare account wherein we do Inbound and Outbound calls to our members and providers. On this account, I assist most members in checking their copay, and finding nearby providers, generally, their health care benefits. After 6 months, I was promoted as a Authorization Intake where I deal with providers in creating authorizations for inpatient/outpatient services. Afterwards, all data entered will be forwarded to our registered nurses for approval. After 2 months, I was promoted again as a Quality Assurance Analyst wherein I listen to calls and evaluate it to make sure correct processes is followed and accurate information is provided. I also join calibrations with our Clients/Managers for updates, review calls and more. After 18 months, I decided to look for better opportunities. Recently, I was a Customer Service Specialist in a Travel & Hospitality Account (Airbnb). I worked as a Case Manager for almost 3 years through Inbound/Outbound calls, Email and Live chat. As a Case Manager, I assist & mediate both Guest and Host with fair resolution in a timely manner. Due to these experiences, I am proud to say that I have excellent written/oral communication skills. I am knowledgeable in email, live chat, data entry and more. I am flexible with any schedules, and assure you that I have great Customer support skill via all channels of communication.
