I am currently unemployed but I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained during my previous jobs make me an ideal candidate for any job that suits my qualifications. As Customer service Representative, I have handled different accounts and those were mostly customer service, technical support and sales. I have developed strong verbal communication, writing and editing skills through that because aside from taking in and out of phone calls, we are asked to send emails to our clients as well. For example, one of my main duties is to prepare my email attachment when sending a precise description of a certain product, its details and the reason why it has been cancelled or the location and/or updates that we have done regarding it. This duty requires meticulous writing and editing skills since most of the accounts that I have handled are premium accounts and also some are owners of their businesses. The ability to convey complex legal ideas clearly is also one thing I have learned. I have prepared pieces of legislation and received praise for the clarity of my writing and verbal communication as well. I have gained the ability to work under pressure, and also with a variety of people in the Industry. Multitasking is just very common to us. Also, for me, Teamwork is really very important. So if something comes up I usually do not take it seriously unless it is personal. I also gained the ability to be disciplined rather than motivated at work because it is given that we are not always motivated. Lastly, integrity is what wrapped all the knowledge I’ve learned in the Industry. I am confident that my experience in the BPO Industry qualifies me for consideration. I have also enclosed my resume.
