My name is Ritzy, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative here in the Philippines for a flower shop for a US company for more than one year. I also worked remotely and was one of the Escalation Specialists for a US company for dietary supplements for five months. I handled inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email support.
