These customers were getting quarterly amounts from their Hmo to purchase medicine. We are using the Walmart website to place this order. I learned how effective alternate products are if the original product requested is not available. The second account that I handled was Via. I've learned about car rental and how to assist drivers and riders with their live rides, booking, and payment. I became part of the phone, chat, and email departments that assist riders and drivers. I learned to multi-task effectively and think out of the box efficiently. I created sample spiels and emails that can help me copy and paste.
