I have worked as a Customer Service Advisor for 6 years in total, for an online gambling company which caters to European customers. I have handled both VIP and non-VIP customers. During this time, I was able to develop my skills and acquire more knowledge with the different kinds of sports there is. I began to know the rules, markets, bet offers, and how each sport is played. Our job is to assist customers on their queries regarding their bets; settlements, payouts, status, their payment transactions, everything under the sun. 17 months ago I got promoted as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. My new role is to monitor possible issues and/or errors on our site. We have to ensure that all the details are correct and the site is working smoothly. I am a very dependable person which can work effectively and efficiently. I flexible and can adapt to new tasks quickly. I am also a fast learner, and I have no issues in working at night or during weekends and holidays.
