I have 7 years of Customer Service Management experience in BPO industry. I spent most of my time in Customer Service and Sales Projects like Telcos and Cosmetics in the United States. Apart from customer service and sales, I am also engaged in Financial, Pharmaceutical, and Bike Sharing projects. The last project I am with was a Bike Sharing Service where I served as a Team Leader who supervised 23 agents including 13 bilinguals to accommodate our global customers.
