Hi! I am Llean Tan. I am a registered nurse with eight years of clinical experience. I started as a nursing aide in 2014 and eventually became a staff nurse in medical-surgical. In 2015 worked as a home health specialist, and then I went back to Nursing Department to handle more of the clinical cases where my heart really is. I was stationed in the OB-Gyn department during my transition from administrative to clinical. And when the pandemic came, I was one of the nurses stationed in the Covid ward. The most recent rotation that I was assigned was in the O.R. department since we don't have Covid cases for right now. I believe that I have thoroughly explored and adapted myself to clinical nursing practice. With that, I became interested in exploring my potential outside hospital practice.
