I've worked in the Customer Service industry, both local (Philippines) and international accounts (US Based). My first customer service experienced was way back in 2015, and the name of the company is Wellcare via BPO. One of my main tasks is identifying if the customer is illegible for the drug supply since the doctor's prescription can only sell the particular medicine supply. The rest of my customer service experienced was in an E-Commerce Company. I started an order verification agent that calls out the customer that has a high-value order. Then I was transferred to the social media management team that engaging the customer's inquiry, comments, complaints, and order status. After the social media management team, I was transferred to Chat Support Team. Unlike social media, this is also a challenging task since you are engaging the customer in real-time. However, this line of business has the power to overwrite the process depending on the situation and with the approval of the higher management. The highest position that I achieved was when I was promoted as Associate Team Leader. My main task is to supervise the agent(s) from the attendance up to their individual performance. Though I have the skills for the customer experience, I'm willing to undergo training to do my task better. I can also do my job with minimum supervision and have the capability to handle stress, especially to angry customers.
