I have experienced customer service for four years with two different accounts and Call Center Companies in the Philippines. My first account was an American department store retail chain, handling customer service, focus on order concerns and was later on trained to handling credit and billing. My second account was for an American multinational holding company that offers landline, mobile service, tv/cable service and internet service. I specialize billing and retention but I also cater basic technical concerns and offer sales as well.
