I used to work for Philippines' No.1 Motorcycle Company (Head office) where I process warranty payments for dealers all across the country. I also train Service Advisors and Service Managers at dealerships for four years. Following that, I became a Customer Relations Sr. Associate, I am responsible for resolving client issues/concerns in collaboration with other departments, dealers, top management and government agencies such as LTO and DTI.
