I started my career in Customer Support in 2015. Throughout my experience, I have been part of different lines of business. I worked as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) where I handle teams, and do one on one coaching with agents to enhance their Customer Service skills and address their opportunities. I also work as an Escalation Manager where I handle irate calls forwarded by the frontline agents. My goal is to make sure our customers get an excellent customer service experience and save them from terminating their services due to bad experiences.
