I have around 5 years of experience in the BPO industry as a collections agent and a Market research agent. For two years, I did quality assurance for the Market research account I worked for. Simultaneously, I worked as a part time English tutor to Japanese students from various age groups. I am a nurse with an active PRC license who has around 4 years of nursing experience mainly in the General ward area. I also have an experience in the ICU and other areas of the hospital while I was teaching to Nursing students. I also have three months experience as a Nursing Supervisor in a Secondary hospital and I led the General ward unit. During those three months I did a rotating supervisor's role leading all areas (General Ward, ICU, ER, NICU, OR, Complex and COVID Unit) of the nursing department during my shift.
