I've worked as a Customer Service Associate in an Insurance Company for almost five years where I attend to calls and correspondences, provide information with respect to insurance policies, and also communicating any changes in policy to existing customers. I handle claims, billings, disbursements and other requests. I have also worked as a Client Account Representative for a year, where I managed a full block of clients and provides high-quality service and problem-solving support on the full range of issues.
