Undergraduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in General Sciences. First outsourcing job was back in 2011 for an insurance account mainly to gather lead/customer info namely age, occupation and annual income; set up an appointment so an insurance professional can give them a visit. I worked with Sprint a US based telecommunications account as a customer service representative for a year then got promoted as a supervisor and took the role for 3 years and 3 months.
