I am Rachel Catalan. I am 25 years old and from Bacolod City. I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 5 years now. I have been with 3 different companies. My experiences include being a technical, sales and billing chat support for a telco account; a voice support for the same telco account and a client coordinator for a start-up company based in California wherein we provide care providers to clients.
