I was Food Technologist for almost ten years where my communication and organizational skills were honed. As a Food Tech, some of my duties were to prepare reports, create forms and SOPs, research on current market trends, prepare minutes of the meeting, prepare market analysis and sales reports and communicate with clients and suppliers. Our clients whom I have communicated with are from different parts of the world: Germany, Netherlands, Canada, Austria, China, Japan, France, and US. Following email etiquette and professional communication, I usually correspond with them regarding technical inquiries, quality complaints, and travel arrangements whenever they visit our office in PH. In my last job I was able to undergo an ISO 9001:2015 training where I learned to effectively organize files all under a system for easy retrieval. I’m also a certified General Virtual Assistant where I learned some tools and applications such as Trello, Discord, Calendly, Mailchimp and a few information about email marketing, website management and Lead Generation. I'm willing to learn and take on new tasks, work independently and has great attention to detail. I also like to organize and plan ahead so I can deliver my work efficiently.
