Been working in BPO for 12 years now. Started as DA(Directory Assistant with Verizon) for 1 year then got a chance to be a Technical support representative, supporting Detto-Whitecanyon Software for more than a year doing Voice, email and Chat. My carrier go to the next level being a Collection officer under Compu Credit for 2years and been promoted as a Team Lead. After which been assigned to handle to do Mortgage with the same company doing papers work and voice (Examining and details verification). Currently handling utilities under AGL an Australian company as a Customer Care Team Lead, managing 12 to 15 agents doing Customer service, Sales and Collections.
